1. Exchange Policy
- Shahkaar offers a 10-day exchange policy for products purchased on our website. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Shipping charges for exchanges will be borne by the customer. The customer is responsible for returning the product to us, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.
- Once the returned item is received, Shahkaar will process the exchange and ship the new item to the customer at no additional cost (except for the return shipping, which is the customer’s responsibility).
2. Return Policy
- If you wish to return an item, you may open a case with Shahkaar within 10 days of receiving your order. The company will review your case and determine if the order is eligible for a return.
- Returns will only be accepted if the product is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- If your return request is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that the shipping fees will not be refunded, and the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
- In cases where the return request is not approved, we will notify you and the item will be returned to you.
